Fencing Standards

The TAW HOA is responsible for maintaining the fencing that divides our property from the neighboring Waterford Condo Property (Replaced in February 2020), as well as the low fencing along the retaining walls that divides our property from Reston Association Open Space and Sunderbrier Cluster on the west side of our community.

Homeowners are responsible for maintaining the fencing and gates behind their homes. Fencing style must match existing fencing and should be constructed from Western Red Cedar left to weather naturally. Contact the TAW Cluster Board President, or our RA Covenants Advisor if you have questions.
