Paint Standards

TAW has established paint standards for

Entry Doors, Standing-Seam Metal Roof (above the front doors on end unit townhouses), Wrought Iron Stair Railings, Wrought Iron Window Bars
Deck Railings
Siding
Trim

As of 2023, the following are the approved color palette:

Entry doors, wrought iron railing/window bars, and standing seam metal roofs:

Benjamin Moore paint colors:

Dinner Party AF-300 (red)
French Press AF-170 (brown)
Boreal Forest AF-480 (green)
Black Beauty 2128-10 (black)
Palm Trees 642 (light green)
Bermuda Turquoise 728 (blue)

No two adjacent houses may have the same colors.

Standing-seam metal roofs on end units must be painted the same color as the front doors and metal railing.

The railings, roofs, and doors must be painted at the same time with the same approved color.

Any repainting must be done using the approved paint colors.
